Connected a/c gauges, good freon pressure. Started vehicle and turned on a/c. Gauge readings 40 lbs on low side and 225 on high, good gauge readings. Vent temperature good. Removed existing freon and recharged. Freon is not low. Test drove with a/c on, vent temperature was at 43 degrees. No problems found with cooling. Did advise customer of actuator noise. Advised customer that air is blowing out vent and floor when it should be blowing only out a/c vents. Customer stats he replaced actuator motors on driver side. Advised customer that their is another actuator motors on passenger side one that is making noise is mounted on top of heater case behind heater and behind glove box. The other is inside air actuator but that one is not a problem.

VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – Both
REPLACE REAR BRAKE PADS AND RESURFACE THE ROTORS.
Change engine oil and filter. Perform 38 point inspection. Check battery. Rotate tires and inspect brakes.
RADIATOR HOSE – Remove & Replace – Upper
RADIATOR HOSE – Remove & Replace – Lower
SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace
