Connected amp meter to check for draws. Found draw of 3.8 amps, should be around 0.05. This draw will drain battery over night. Disconnected battery power to alternator and amp draw went down to 0.07. Recommend replacing alternator and rechecking. Customer oked repair. After replacing the alternator, rechecked charging system and battery, charging system good but battery was no good. Battery is under AAA warranty. Will replace at no charge.

Check for coolant leak and overheating. Pressure test cooling system for leaks. Found leak at thermostat housing. Cooling system is all original. Performed chemical block test for possible head gasket leak. test is negative at this time.
Replace thermostat assembly.
Replace coolant outlet connector.
Replace valve cover gasket.
Replace radiator.

Inspect vehicle for customers concern. Scan PCM for codes. Six codes stored at this time. P0135, 141, 155, 161- All oxygen sensor codes. P0403- EGR fault. P0443- Evap system purge fault. Follow related flow charts and diagrams. Found the PCM to be faulty. At this time recommend to replace the PCM.
Replace faulty powertrain control module. (PCM)
Program PCM
Clear PCM. Road test. Run monitors.
Scope check engine.
Change engine oil and filter.
Replace wiper blades.

Replace front brake pads and resurface front brake rotors.

Empty of freon, pouring out compressor body. Power steering leak is condenser power steering cooler. Will need new compressor with condenser combo, orings, add a/c oil and recharge. Need to replace listed a/c parts before we can accurate test on rest of a/c system. May have other a/c problems
Change engine oil and filter. Perform 38 point inspection. Check battery. Rotate tires and inspect brakes.
Install New A/C Compressor
Install new condenser power steering cooler assembly
Evacuate and Recharge to Specs

Inspect vehicle for customers concern. At this time there is a noticeable coolant leak. This leak is coming from the timing chain cover. At this time recommend to replace the timing cover gasket and listed related parts.
