INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE FOUND WIPERS BLADES IN GOOD CONDITION, ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTS WORKING, BATTERY TESTED GOOD, TIRES IN GOOD CONDITION, BELTS AND HOSES IN GOOD CONDITION, FRONT BRAKES AT 90% AND REAR RECOMMEND ADJUSTMENT. BASED ON MILEAGE RECOMMEND REPLACING TRANSMISSION FLUID AND SPARK PLUGS. ALSO MULTIPLE CODES FOUND P00B7 ENGINE COOLANT FLUSH INSUFFICIENT (Temperature 255F), 21 BCM CODES PRESENT, FURTHER INSPECTION WILL BE NECESSARY.

Found coolant reservoir low, filled. Ran vehicle at idle, test drove, never heard fan noise. Connected scan tool, manually commanded fan to engage. Fan speeds one and two not much noise. Commanded third fan speed, very loud, is working as should. After filling reservoir to specs, never got to temperature where third fan speed needed to engage. Note pressure tested coolant system for leaks, no leaks found at this time. Advised customer to take vehicle and see if fan continues on third fan speed.
Change engine oil and filter. Perform 38 point inspection. Check battery. Rotate tires and inspect brakes.
REPLACED ENGINE AND CABIN AIR FILTERS.

CHECK FOR RIGHT SIDE LOW BEAM NOT WORKING. CHECKED FUSES. FOUND LOW BEAM FUSE BLOWN. REPLACED FUSE AND FUSE GOT BLOWN AGAIN. CHECKED HEAD LIGHT CIRCUIT AND FOUND AFTER MARKET HEAD LIGHT BALLAST CAUSING THE SHORT. REPLACE CUSTOMER SUPPLIED BALLAST AND HEADLIGHT BULB.

First checked engine codes from PCM, no pending or history codes. Checked throttle body, very dirty. Preformed throttle body service and test drove, runs good and no stalling. Also do for oil change and wiper blades need to be replaced.
Did not hear engine noise.
Clean throttle body bore and throttle body plate.
Change engine oil and filter.
REPLACE WIPER BLADES.
