Connected scan tool and found code B0248, mode actuator performance problem. Cleared code and tried to do re learn on actuator motor, it did not. Located where mode actuator motor is on driver side in dash. When removing part of dash their was no actuator. Customer had vehicle at another shop and he removed actuator and did not re install, thus no re learn and code would not clear. Checked to see if door moved and seems to be moving. Re installed actuator to preform relearn. Re learn and clear code. Code did not return, motor is moving but now only blows out vent. Door is not moving in heater a/c case.
