Diagnose a/c system. Found a/c system full of freon. A/c compressor clutch is not engaging. Check power and ground to compressor. ( Good ) Check cooling fan operation. Found a/c fan not working. Check power and ground to condensor fan. Power is good, no ground. We power and ground a/c fan. Fan is not working. Recommend new a/c compressor, a/c fan assembly and wire a ground to condensor fan.
Replace a/c compressor.
Replace condensor fan assembly.
Evacuate and recharge a/c system.
Wire ground to a/c condensor fan.

Inspect vehicle for customers concern. Road test vehicle. At this time the brake DO NOT pulsate when stopping. Inspect brakes. Front and rear brake pads 40% good. Front brake rotors have .005 runout. Minimum repairs at this time would be to replace the front brake pads and front brake rotors.
