    • Connected scan tool and found code B0248, mode actuator performance problem. Cleared code and tried to do re learn on actuator motor, it did not. Located where mode actuator motor is on driver side in dash. When removing part of dash their was no actuator. Customer had vehicle at another shop and he removed actuator and did not re install, thus no re learn and code would not clear. Checked to see if door moved and seems to be moving. Re installed actuator to preform relearn. Re learn and clear code. Code did not return, motor is moving but now only blows out vent. Door is not moving in heater a/c case.

    • Connected a/c gauges, Freon pressure in system, compressor not engaging. Getting power and Ground to compressor, need to replace compressor with orings, add a/c oil and recharge with recheck. Advised customer will need to replace compressor first before we can do accurate test on a/c system, may have other a/c problems. Customer will bring back on another day.
