- Found TSB on problem, possible shifter interlock or shifter assembly. Advised customer would need to remove assembly to confirm problem and need two and half hours labor to confirm problem and replace defective part. Customer oked further diagnosis and repair. Further inspection found shifter interlock to be broken, will replace and retest.
- Installed new shifter interlock with spring
