- Inspect vehicle for customers concern. Found loose axle nuts going thru the outside spindle. Tighten nut, right and left sides. Noise still present. Found the engine cradle bolts to be loose. Noise still present. This issue needs further inspection. Possible right front strut problem. Customer advised- Declined further inspection.
- Further inspect knocking noise. Further inspection found multiple loose bolts around right front area of vehicle. Tighten bolts as needed. Road test vehicle. Knocking noise is no longer present.
